All products and services offered by Rachel's are digital. This includes online classes, coaching programs, memberships and community access, digital downloads, templates, guides, and any other electronic content or services (collectively, the “Digital Products”). Because our products are digital, they are delivered electronically and are available for download or access immediately after purchase, or within the timeframe stated on the product page. No physical items will be shipped.

You are responsible for ensuring that your device, software, internet connection, and any required accounts or platform memberships are compatible with and capable of accessing the Digital Products before completing your purchase. We cannot be held responsible for access issues arising from incompatible or outdated systems, or from a failure to create or maintain any required account, on your end.

Because Digital Products are accessed, delivered, or otherwise made available to you immediately upon purchase, we are unable to accept returns or process refunds under any circumstances. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are waiving any right to a refund for Digital Products that have been fulfilled.
